Project Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and Federal Highway Administration, in coordination with the California Department of Technology and Bureau of Land Management, proposes to install middle-mile broadband network infrastructure consisting of conduit, fiber optic cable, vaults, and markers along State Route 162 between post mile (PM) 0.0 to PM 29.6 in Mendocino CountyEnvironmental Document
