On Plan Sheet 2 (C-1), on the right, it shows a drawing of a AVMS Pole, with a 5' X 31' foundation. I have never seen that type drawing. Plan Sheet 6 (sign details) shows the typical 5' X 22' foundation. I am unclear how to proceed.

I realize I'm about as sharp as a bowling ball, but I need help. Addendum 2 has been issued for the above, but I can't find it. I'm the one questioning the Erosion Control Bid Items. Would you do a favor, and tell me how to access the details? I would appreciate it. I went to the provided link, but it doesn't address the project, in question.
