For the 60-foot HM pole shown on the plans, please confirm who is responsible for furnishing and installing the photovoltaic panels, Yagi antenna, whip antenna, camera, and associated communication/electronic equipment. The plans indicate certain components are ‘installed by others,’ but it is unclear whether Caltrans furnishes these components and others install them, or whether the prime contractor is responsible for furnishing and installing them.
