Sacramento County - Caltrans is alerting motorists of construction work on State Route 12 (SR 12) and Jackson Slough Road near Rio Vista starting Monday, August 3, to install a new traffic signal and make pavement improvements.
Work on the $6.4 million project is scheduled to be completed this fall. Motorists should expect some delays with reversing one-way traffic control overnights Monday through Friday from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. during the project period.
The signal will improve safety and operational efficiency.
