Construction Begins on State Route 65 Near South Ingram Slough

Lincoln – Caltrans has begun construction on a $1.9 million project on State Route 65 to install slope stabilization and erosion control measures near the South Ingram Slough in Placer County.   

North- and southbound motorists may expect shoulder closures with temporary k-rail barriers installed between Lincoln Boulevard and Ferrari Ranch Road for the duration of slope stabilization work around the South Ingram Slough. Intermittent lane closures may also be scheduled weekly between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning as necessary.

McCuen Construction of Loomis is the prime contractor. Project completion is expected at the end of June.
