Partial Daytime Closures for Yolo State Route 16 and 128

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Colusa and Yolo County — The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is scheduled to perform emergency work requiring partial closures along State Route 16 and 128 to repair damage related to the LNU Lightning Complex Fires.

Crews will partially close both routes using daytime one-way traffic control between 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning September 9 over the next 30 days.

Work Zone:

SR-16 Colusa County from postmile 4.5 to 7.3 (South of Cache Creek Regional Park)

SR-16 Yolo County from postmile 0.0 to 5.5 (North of Rumsey)

SR-128 Yolo County from postmile 0.0 to 2.5 (Putah Creek State Wildlife Area and West of Solano County Park)

A contractor is scheduled for culvert cleaning, erosion control, fence replacement  and ditch clearing.
