PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Whiskey Creek Replacement Project will replace the existing bridge on State Route 299 over Whiskeytown Lake in Shasta County. The existing bridge was built in 1961 and contains weld types identified through a federal review as requiring replacement. Replacing the bridge will improve structural safety, support long-term reliability on this key corridor, and enhance travel for all users.
