South Willow Creek CIR Project on State Route 139 in Lassen County
The Project:
The South Willow Creek CIR Project will repave a portion of SR 139 approximately 9 miles north of Susanville, from 1.2 miles south of Hagata Road to 0.9 mile south of the Meadow Channel Bridge.
Project Includes:
Repaving will be conducted via Cold-In-Place Recycling (CIR) method, milling existing pavement, adding recycled mixture, and applying a hot mix asphalt overlay. The project will also include shoulder and dike work, along with striping and pavement marker replacement.
Current Project Schedule:
There are an estimated 30 working days for the project, all of which will require traffic control. Construction is anticipated for 2025.
