North Willow Creek CIR Project on State Route 139 in Lassen County

The Project:

The North Willow Creek CIR Project will repave a portion of State Route 139 north of Susanville in Lassen County, from approximately 1.1 miles south to 7 miles north of Willow Creek Bridge.

Project Includes:

Milling pavement via cold-in-place recycling, 0.15’ hot mix asphalt overlay, shoulder backing, and striping.

Current Project Schedule:

There are an estimated 30 working days for the project, all of which will require traffic control.  Construction is anticipated for 2026.
