Happy Valley Mill & Fill Project on State Route 273 in Shasta County

The Project:

The Happy Valley Mill & Fill Project consists of pavement preservation on State Route 273 in Shasta County from 0.2 mile south of Canyon Road to 0.1 mile north of Ox Yoke Road in Shasta County.

Project Includes:

Mill and fill using rubberized hot mix asphalt – gap graded (RHMA-G) Bonded Wearing Course (BWC), along with isolated area of concrete dig outs.  Shoulder work and striping are also included in the project.

Current Project Schedule:

There are an estimated 25 working days for the project, all of which will require traffic control.  Construction is anticipated for 2025.
