Grass Lake Pump Grinder Project on U.S. 97 in Siskiyou County

The Project:

The Grass Lake Pump Grinder Project will provide wastewater improvements at the Grass Lake Safety Roadside Rest Area on U.S. 97 in Siskiyou County, between Weed and the California/Oregon border.

Project Includes:

Wastewater system improvements, including addition of channel pump grinder. Other work includes addition of baby changing stations and ADA signage and striping in the parking lot.

Current Project Schedule:

The rest area is planned to be closed for 10 weeks for operations.  Construction is currently scheduled for 2025.
