Douglas City Chip Project on State Route 299 in Trinity County

The Project:

The Douglas City Chip Project will provide a flexible roadbed chip seal on State Route 299 in and near Weaverville to east of Douglas City, from just west of Industrial Parkway to Steel Bridge Road. 

Project Includes:

The project will place an asphalt rubber chip seal on State Route 299 in the project area, along with isolated areas of concrete dig outs and the removal and replacement of thermoplastic pavement markers and striping.

Current Project Schedule:

There are an estimated 25 working days for this project, all of which will require traffic control.  Construction is currently scheduled for 2025.
