There will then be a pause until early-mid October when remaining excavation operations will take place, with one to two weeks of one-way traffic control, Mondays-Fridays with up to 15-minute delays between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily. Motorists are urged to slow down and drive carefully in and around construction areas, follow speed limit reductions in place, and allot extra time for delays.
