Geographic Information Systems

The District 11 GIS team is the District's focal point for GIS projects and support. The GIS unit is composed of GIS professionals with a wide array of knowledge and experience in data management and delivery, geospatial analysis, and cartography. Responsibilities include:

• GIS data and aerial imagery acquisition and management
• GIS data and technology integration with CADD applications
• GIS analysis and mapping
• Development of models, tools, and scripts
• Online mapping and data services
• User support
• Partnering with the region’s GIS community
