Westbound SR-54 Connector to Southbound SR-125/SBX Closed Evenings January 26 and 27

SAN DIEGO —   Caltrans will close the westbound State Route 54 (SR-54) connector to southbound State Route 125 (SR-125)/South Bay Expressway (SBX) on Monday, January 26, and Tuesday, January 27, from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. for broadband installation work.

Westbound motorists may take the off-ramp to Briarwood Road, turn right to the on-ramp to eastbound SR-54, and then to the connector to southbound SR-125/SBX.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
