I-5/SR-75 Connectors Closed Evenings December 1 and 2

San Diego —   Caltrans maintenance crews will close the southbound State Route Interstate 5 (I-5) to southbound State Route 75 (SR-75) connector on Monday, December 1, and the northbound State Route 75 (SR-75) connector to southbound Interstate 5 (I-5) on Tuesday, December 2, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. for surveying work.

Motorists on the southbound I-5 will continue on southbound I-5, exit via the National Avenue off-ramp, turn right to reenter the northbound I-5, and utilize the northbound SR-75 connector.

Motorists on the northbound SR-75 may continue north on SR-75 towards the northbound I-5 connector, exit on the 19th Street/J Street off-ramp, then turn right on J Street and utilize the southbound I-5 on-ramp.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
