I-805 and SR-905 Connectors Closed Morning October 22

San Diego —   Caltrans will close the northbound Interstate 805 (I-805) connector to westbound State Route 905 (SR-905) and the eastbound State Route 905 (SR-905) connector to northbound Interstate 805 (I-805) on Wednesday, October 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for bridge work.

Motorists traveling on northbound Interstate 805 (I-805) can take the eastbound connector to the 905 (SR-905) and exit at Caliente Ave and turn left, then turn left onto the on-ramp and continue on westbound State Route 905 (SR-905). Motorists traveling on eastbound State Route (SR-905) can take the connector to southbound Interstate 805 (I-805), then take the first exit to San Ysidro Boulevard, then turn left onto San Ysidro Boulevard, then turn left onto the northbound Interstate 805 (I-805).

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
