SAN DIEGO — From Friday, Sept. 13 at 9 p.m. to Monday, Sept. 16 at 5 a.m. Eastbound I-8 will close over El Cajon Blvd for bridge repair.
Traffic detours:
- To northbound SR-125,
- to eastbound SR-52,
- to southbound SR-67,
- to eastbound I-8.
Motorists should expect delays and add extra time to reach their destination.
Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
