SAN DIEGO — Caltrans maintenance crews will close the eastbound State Route 78 (SR-78) connector to northbound Interstate 5 (I-5) Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for guardrail repairs.
Motorist will continue eastbound on SR-78 to the Jefferson Street off-ramp, turn left to the westbound SR-78 on-ramp, continue eastbound SR-78 to the northbound I-5 connector.
Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
