SAN DIEGO — Maintenance crews will close the northbound Interstate 5 (I-5) connector to eastbound State Route 56 (SR-56) on Tuesday night from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. for maintenance.
Northbound I-5 motorist will continue on I-5 and exit at Del Mar Heights Road, turn left to the southbound I-5 onramp, continue southbound, and exit at Carmel Valley Road and head east to the eastbound SR-56 onramp.
Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
