Northbound and Southbound I-5 Connectors to the San Diego-Coronado Bridge Closed Sunday Night , 3/24

SAN DIEGO —Maintenance crews will close the northbound and southbound Interstate 5 (I-5) connectors ramps to southbound State Route 75 (San Diego-Coronado Bridge), Sunday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. to remove temporary concrete barriers.

Northbound motorists will be detoured to the Cesar E. Chavez Park off-ramp and turn left on Cesar E. Chavez Parkway, then left on Logan Avenue to the San Diego-Coronado Bridge on-ramp.

Southbound motorists will be detoured to the 27th Street off-ramp and turn right on 27th Street, turn left on National Avenue to the northbound San Diego-Coronado Bridge on-ramp.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
