SAN DIEGO — Maintenance crews will close the westbound State Route 54 (SR-54) connectors to northbound and southbound Interstate 5 (I-5) as well as the eastbound SR-54 connector to southbound State Route 125 (SR-125) intermittently Sunday through Friday March 15 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for pavement work.
The westbound SR-54 to northbound I-5 ramp will close from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., motorists will detour to southbound I-5 to the E Street off-ramp, turn left to the northbound I-5 E Street on-ramp.
The westbound SR-54 to southbound I-5 ramp will close from 1 to 5 a.m., motorists will detour to northbound I-5 to the Mile of Cars/Bay Marina Drive off-ramp and turn left to the southbound I-5 Mile of Cars/Bay Marina Drive on-ramp.
Eastbound SR-54 to southbound SR-125 motorists can continue to northbound SR-125 to the Jamacha Boulevard/Paradise Valley Road off-ramp and left to the southbound SR-125 Jamacha Boulevard/Paradise Valley Road.
The maintenance work schedule is subject to change due to weather, traffic incidents, or other maintenance considerations.
