SAN DIEGO — Caltrans maintenance crews will close the northbound Interstate 5 (I-5) connector to southbound State Route 75/San Diego-Coronado Bridge (SR-75) Saturday from 5-8 a.m. for landscape work.
Northbound I-5 motorists will be detoured to the J Street/19th Street exit, turn left at J Street, and turn left onto 17th Street to southbound I-5 to southbound SR-75/San Diego-Coronado Bridge.
Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
The construction schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other construction-related reasons.
