Stanislaus County
Closures on State Routes 33, 120, and Interstate 5
Stanislaus County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various lane closures next week on State Route 120 (SR-120), State Route 33 (SR-33), and Interstate 5 (I-5). Work is scheduled to occur as follows:
State Route 33
- One-way traffic control between Lemon Avenue and Magnolia Avenue near Patterson for paving work on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
- Closure of the #1 (left) lane of southbound SR-99 from Hatch Road to Whitmore Avenue in Ceres for tree work beginning Tuesday, May 13, through Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
State Route 120
- Overnight closure of the #2 (right) lane of westbound SR-120 from Maag Avenue to Johnson Avenue in Oakdale for curb and gutter work beginning Wednesday, May 21, through Friday, May 23, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m.
Interstate 5
- Overnight, alternating lane closures between Fink Road and Hamilton Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, May 18, through Friday, May 23, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
- Overnight, full closure of the on-ramp to northbound I-5 from Ingram Creek Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, May 18, through Friday, May 23, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
- Long-term, full closures of the northbound and southbound Westley Safety Roadside Rest Areas on I-5 and the auxiliary lane leading to the southbound rest area exit for construction work.
Note: This project is expected to continue through the fall of 2025.
