Lane Closures on State Routes 99 And 132 And Interstate 5

Stanislaus County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various lane and ramp closures next week on State Route 99 (SR-99), State Route 132 (SR-132), and Interstate 5 (I-5). Work is scheduled to occur as follows:

State Route 99

  • Closure of the #3 (right) lane of northbound SR-99 from Fulkerth Road to Taylor Road for sign work on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
  • Overnight, full closure of the Mitchell Road offramp from northbound SR-99 in Ceres for bridge work beginning Monday, March 10, through Friday, March 14, 2025, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
  • Overnight, full closure of the Tuolumne Boulevard offramp from northbound SR-99 in Modesto for bridge work beginning Monday, March 10, through Friday, March 14, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.

State Route 132

  • Moving, alternating lane closures between F Street in Waterford and the Mariposa County line for a striping operation beginning Monday, March 10, through Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
  • Overnight, one-way traffic control between La Grange Dam Road and Quartz Ledge Creek Bridge for bridge work beginning Monday, March 10, through Friday, March 14, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.

Interstate 5

  • Overnight, alternating lane closures between Fink Road and Hamilton Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, March 9, through Friday, March 14, 2025, from 7:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m.
  • Overnight, full closure of the onramp to northbound I-5 from Ingram Creek Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, March 9, through Friday, March 14, 2025, from 7:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m.
  • Long-term, full closures of the northbound and southbound Westley Safety Roadside Rest Areas on I-5 and the auxiliary lane leading to the southbound rest area exit for construction work.
    Note: This project is expected to continue through the fall of 2025.
