San Joaquin County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform overnight, full connector ramp closures from eastbound State Route 4/Crosstown Freeway to northbound Interstate 5 in Stockton for utility work.
Closures will begin Monday, July 8, through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
