Live Public Auction for Six Acre Excess Land Parcel in Los Banos

Merced County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be hosting a live public auction for a 6.57-acre excess land parcel, zoned for agriculture use located at Turner Island Road and State Route 152 (SR-152), near Los Banos in Merced County. 

The auction begins at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025, and will be held at the Los Banos Community Center located at 645 7th Street, Los Banos CA 93635. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m. and requires identification and a registration deposit of $1,000 in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, or certified check payable to the California Department of Transportation. Personal checks will not be accepted.
