One-Way Traffic Control & Highway Closure Next Week
Mariposa County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following traffic controls on State Route 140 (SR-140) in Mariposa County. Work is scheduled as follows:
State Route 140
- One-way traffic control from the Bear Creek Bridge to Yosemite National Park for utility work beginning Wednesday, September 3, though Friday, September 5, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. All work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
