One-Way Traffic Control Next Week
Calaveras County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following one-way traffic control next week on State Route 4 (SR-4) and SR-26 for maintenance and construction operations. Work is scheduled as follows:
State Route 4
- One-way traffic control from Bonanza Mine Way to Appaloosa Road for highway construction work on Monday, November 10, and beginning Thursday, November 13, 2025, through Friday, November 14, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
- Long-term, one-way traffic control from Appaloosa Road to Stallion Way for pavement work through Friday, November 21, 2025.
- Overnight, one-way traffic control from Vallecito Bypass Road to Parotts Ferry Road for utility work beginning Thursday, November 13, 2025, through Friday, November 14, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
State Route 25
- Long-term, one-way traffic control from Gill Haven Drive to Rich Gulch Lane for highway construction work through Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. All work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
