One-Way Traffic Control Next Week
Calaveras County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform the following construction and maintenance activities on State Route 26 (SR-26) in Calaveras County next week.
State Route 26
- Long-term one-way traffic control from Gill Haven Drive to Rich Gulch Lane for highway construction beginning Monday, April 7, through Wednesday December 31, 2025.
- One-way traffic control at Flat Gulch Lane for utility work on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- One-way traffic control from Ridge Road to Ealey Road for tree work on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. All work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
