One-Way Traffic Control Next Week
Amador County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will have traffic controls in place to perform construction and maintenance activities on State Route 88 (SR-88) in Amador County next week.
State Route 88
- One-way traffic control takes place from Mud Springs Sand House to Lumber Yard Ranger Station Entrance for shoulder work beginning Tuesday, April 7, 2026, through Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. All work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
