Amador County
One-Way Traffic Control Next Week
Amador County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct various lane closures on State Route 49 (SR-49), SR-88, and SR-104 for maintenance and construction operations. Work to occur as follows:
State Route 49
- One-way traffic control at Cosumnes River for bridge work beginning Wednesday, April 9, 2025, through Friday, April 11, 2025, from 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
State Route 88
- One-way traffic control from SR-124 to SR-49 for highway construction work beginning Sunday, April 6, 2025, through Friday, April 11, 2025, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
State Route 104
- One-way traffic control at Dry Creek Bridge for bridge work beginning Wednesday, April 9, 2025, through Friday, April 11, 2025, from 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
