One-Way Traffic Control Next Week
ALPINE COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following one-way traffic control next week on State Route-4 (SR-4), SR-88, and SR-89 for construction and maintenance operations. Work is scheduled as follows:
STATE ROUTE 4
- One-way traffic control from Kinney Lakes Trail to Silver Creek Campground for drainage beginning Monday, July 8 through Thursday, July 11, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday, July 12, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
STATE ROUTE 88
- One-way traffic control from Diamond Valley Road to the Nevada State Line for drainage work beginning Monday, July 8, through Thursday, July 11, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday, July 12, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 5-10 minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to take place as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials and construction related issues.
