Northbound State Route 49 Lane Shift For Calaveras High School Homecoming Parade On September 27, 2024
Calaveras County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the northbound lane of State Route 49 (SR-49) at High School Street in San Andreas for the Calaveras High School homecoming parade.
- On Friday, September 27, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m., northbound SR-49 traffic will be shifted to the middle turn lane, while the southbound SR-49 lane will remain open to traffic.
Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
