Byron I. Lim has been with the California Department of Transportation since 1998, where he has held several roles, including Assistant Deputy District 4 Director of Maintenance, Clean California Program Manager, Senior Transportation Engineer, Resident Engineer, and Structure Representative. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, San Jose.
