SACRAMENTO – California is working to close the digital divide…one mile at a time. Caltrans is supporting the California Department of Technology (CDT) to install thousands of miles of broadband infrastructure across the state to provide affordable, high-speed internet to improve local access for un- and under-connected Californians.
