All lanes of northbound SR-163 from I-5 to I-8 will close Saturday from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Colorado River Bridge Improvements Forge Ahead

Caltrans has a full freeway, and several ramps closures this weekend on State Route 163 (SR-163) and Interstate 8 (I-8)

Caltrans crews will close the southbound I-5 off-ramp to northbound SR-163 and 10th Avenue downtown on three separate occasions this week for wrong-way driver prevention striping and marker installation.

Caltrans maintenance crews will close the northbound Interstate 5 (I-5) connector to State Route 76 (SR-76)/Coast Highway Wednesday and Thursday nights from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The #1 westbound lane opened today at 11:00 a.m., and all eastbound lanes will open today for the evening commute at 2:00 p.m.

Caltrans maintenance crews will close multiple on, off, and connector ramps on I-5, SR-163, SR-67, I-8, and SR-52 Saturday morning from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. for emergency pavement repair due to recent storms.
