Caltrans and Rebuilding California (Rebuilding CA) logos. The Rebuilding CA logo is an illustration with the silhouette of a gear in navy blue and the outline of a walking grizzly bear flanked by two stars in white at the top. The California Transportation Commission (CTC) this week allocated more than $1.6 billion in state and federal funding that will continue transforming and improving transportation infrastructure throughout the state.
