SAN DIEGO — Transportation representatives from Caltrans and the San Diego Association of Governments, as well as state and local elected officials and other regional leaders gathered for a press conference to educate the public about the current and future highway and transit projects in the San Diego region that were made possible with funds from Senate Bill 1 (SB 1), the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017.
