District 4 covers Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma Counties.

Our District is one of the few where Heavy Equipment Mechanics (HEM) start out at the top scale of $6,276.00 and with retention etc. get $6,737.00, plus twelve paid holidays, benefits, and retirement plan. We also supply tool boxes with tools.
