Four days of traffic control begins March 27
CONTRA COSTA COUNTIES – Caltrans has scheduled one-way traffic control on the Antioch Bridge, State Route 160 (SR-160), to conduct a bridge inspection. One side of the bridge will be closed while the other side will flow with one-way traffic control. Flaggers will control traffic and delays should be no longer than 5-10 minutes each way.
The closure schedule is as follows:
- March 27 and March 28 - Northbound SR-160 closed 8:00 AM – 2:30 AM
- March 29 and March 30 - Southbound SR-160 closed 8:00 AM – 2:30 AM
Traffic Control Measures:
Changeable message signs will be in place to assist motorists traveling in the area. Motorists are advised to expect delays and allow extra time. Please drive with caution through the construction zone. Slow for the Cone Zone.
