I-80/I-680/SR 12 Interchange Project: Overnight closures of EB State Route 12 to EB I-80 Connector Ramp; work to include Green Valley Rd./ SB I-680 connector Starting 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 21, 2022

Motorists traveling on EB SR-12 will need to turn right onto Red Top Rd. and back onto EB I-80 during the ramp closure. SOLANO COUNTY- Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays as crews will be working on the I-80/I-680/ State Route 12 Interchange Project near the city of Fairfield in Solano County starting at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, Sept. 21., until 9:00 A.M., Sunday, Sept. 25.

Crews will grind and pave the eastbound Interstate 80 from Red Top Road to Green Valley overcrossing, overnight lane closures are expected to take place starting at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, Sept. 21 thru 9:00 A.M. Sunday, Sept. 25.

The Green Valley Road and southbound Interstate 680 connector will be closed as needed to help facilitate the final paving. 

Crews will continue the paving work on the week of September 26, 2022.

Starting Wednesday night, Crews will be paving, striping, and removing crash cushions also known as K-Rail on the eastbound State Route 12 to eastbound Interstate 80 connector ramp.

EB SR-12 Connector Ramp to EB I-80 closed starting 9:00 P.M. until 5:00 A.M. :
For the safety of workers and motorists, EB SR-12 connector ramp to EB I-80 will be closed overnight starting at 9:00 P.M.-5:00 A.M. Wednesday, Sept. 21 thru Friday, Sept. 23. The closure will extend into the weekend on Friday night, Sept. 23 thru Sunday morning, Sept. 25 from 11:00 P.M.- 9:00 A.M. Motorists traveling on EB SR-12 will need to turn right onto Red Top Rd. and back onto EB I-80 during the ramp closure.

The closure will be lifted by Sunday morning.

Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays.
