One-Night, Overnight Lane Closures for Saturday January 4th
to Sunday January 5th
San Francisco—Caltrans has scheduled overnight lane closures on the upper and lower deck of the West Spans of the Bay Bridge on Interstate-80 (I-80) between San Francisco and Oakland to perform maintenance work.
The following are the scheduled lane closures that will take place between the hours of 11:30PM Saturday, January 4th and 9AM Sunday, January 5th.
I-80 Eastbound SF to Tunnel (Lower Deck Lane Closures)
Lanes 1 and 2 (1AM to 9AM)
Lane 3 (2AM to 7AM)
First/Essex Onramps (3AM to 7AM)
I-80 Westbound Tunnel to SF (Upper Deck Lane Closures)
Lanes 1 and 2 (11:30PM to 8AM)
Lane 3 (2AM to 7AM)
The California Highway Patrol is monitoring the area. Caltrans asks motorists to slow down and be work zone alert. Motorists should expect delays and allow for extra travel time.
