Overnight Paving Work This Week and Next, Weather Permitting
Solando County—Caltrans is planning to perform overnight paving work on State Route 12 (SR-12) to repair the road near Rio Vista from Currie Road to Azevedo Road this week and next, weather permitting.
The work will be performed overnight on Highway 12 near Rio Vista between Currie Road and Azevedo Road. It is scheduled to begin Dec. 3 and run through Dec. 13 between 7 p.m. and 4 a.m., depending on the weather and any unforeseen developments.
While the work is going on, there will be temporary overnight lane closures with one-way traffic controls. Flaggers will be on hand to direct traffic. Motorists should expect delays in the work zone.
The purpose of the work is to grind and pave the road to give motorists a smoother ride. Caltrans thanks motorists for their patience as we work to improve California’s highways, tunnels and bridges.
