For Maintenance Weekend of Saturday, Nov. 23-25
Alameda and San Francisco Counties - Caltrans will be performing regularly scheduled maintenance on the San Francisco-Bay Bridge this weekend, November 23-25. Motorists should expect delays due to temporary overnight lane closures accommodating the work.
Rain or other inclement weather will cancel the planned temporary overnight closures. At least two lanes in each direction will be open at all times.
Three of five lanes eastbound and westbound on the bridge are scheduled to be closed starting at 11:00 PM Saturday, November 23, re-opening no later than 9:00 AM Sunday, November 24. On Sunday night starting at 11:45 PM, two lanes in the eastbound direction will be closed, re-opening no later than 5:00 AM Monday, November 25.
Two lanes in the eastbound direction on the bridge are scheduled to close between 11:45 PM Sunday, November 24, re-opening at 5:00 AM Monday. Two lanes in the westbound direction will close between 9:00 PM Sunday and 5:00 AM Monday.
