SR-52 Connectors Closed Next Week, 9/17-21

SAN DIEGO —Caltrans maintenance crews will close the State Route 52 (SR-52) connectors in various locations Sunday, September 17, through Thursday, September 21, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for bridge work.

Closures

The following connector ramps to Interstate 15 (I-15), Interstate 805 (I-805), and State Route 125 (SR-125) will close as follows:

Sunday, September 17

  • Southbound I-15 connector to eastbound SR-52
  • Eastbound SR-52 connector to northbound I-15
  • Westbound SR-52 connector to northbound I-805
  • Northbound SR-125 connector to eastbound SR-52

Monday, September 18

  • Southbound I-15 connector to eastbound SR-52
  • Eastbound SR-52 connector to northbound I-15
  • Westbound SR-52 connector to northbound I-805
  • Northbound SR-125 connector to eastbound SR-52

Tuesday, September 19

  • Southbound I-15 connector to eastbound SR-52
  • Eastbound SR-52 connector to northbound I-15
  • Westbound SR-52 connector to northbound I-805
  • Northbound SR-125 connector to northbound SR-52

Wednesday, September 20

  • Southbound I-15 connector to eastbound SR-52
  • Eastbound SR-52 connector northbound I-15
  • Westbound SR-52 connector to northbound I-805
  • Northbound SR-125 connector to eastbound SR-52

Thursday, September 21

  • Southbound I-15 connector to eastbound SR-52
  • Eastbound SR-52 connector to northbound I-15
  • Westbound SR-52 connector to northbound I-805
  • Northbound SR-125 connector to eastbound SR-52

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other construction-related reasons.
