SAN DIEGO —Caltrans maintenance crews will close the northbound Interstate 805 (I-805) connector to eastbound Interstate 8 (I-8) tonight and Thursday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. to install thermoplastic striping.
Northbound I-805 motorists will be detoured to the Murray Ridge Road exit, turn left to southbound I-805 to eastbound I-8.
Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other construction-related reasons.
