SAN DIEGO —Caltrans construction crews will close the eastbound and westbound State Route 52 (SR-52) connector ramps to northbound Interstate 805 (I-805) as well as the southbound I-805 connector ramp to eastbound SR-52 tonight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
The southbound I-805 connector ramp to eastbound SR-52 will also close on Sunday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Motorists on eastbound and westbound SR-52 will be detoured to southbound I-805 to the Clairemont Mesa Boulevard east loop off-ramp and to the northbound I-805 Clairemont Mesa Boulevard loop on-ramp.
Motorists on southbound I-805 will continue southbound I-805 to the Clairemont Mesa Boulevard east loop off-ramp, northbound I-805 Clairemont Mesa Boulevard loop on-ramp, and eastbound SR-52.
Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
The construction schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other construction-related reasons.
