SR-52 Connectors Closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Night, 7/19-20

SAN DIEGO —Caltrans maintenance crews will close State Route 52 (SR-52) connectors to Interstate 805 (I-805), Interstate 15 (I-15), State Route 163 (SR-163), and State Route 125 (SR-125) for bridge maintenance.

  • Eastbound SR-52 connector to southbound and northbound I-805 closed Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Detour continues eastbound on SR-52, exit at Convoy Street, turn left to the westbound SR-52 on-ramp, and connect to I-805.
  • Eastbound SR-52 connector to southbound and northbound I-15 closed Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Detour continues eastbound on SR-52, exit at Santo Road, turn left to the westbound SR-52 on-ramp and connect to I-15.
  • Westbound SR-52 connector to northbound I-805 closed Wednesday from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Detour continues westbound on SR-52, exit at Regents Road, turn left to the eastbound SR-52 on-ramp, and connect to northbound I-805.
  • Westbound SR-52 connector to southbound SR-163 closed Wednesday from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Detour to southbound I-805 and connect to southbound SR-163.
  • Eastbound SR-52 connector to southbound SR-125 closed Thursday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Detour continues east on SR-52, exit Mast Boulevard, turn left to the westbound SR-52 on-ramp, and connect to southbound SR-125.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The construction schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other construction-related reasons.
