SAN DIEGO — Maintenance crews will close the southbound Interstate 805 (I-805) connector to eastbound State Route 54 (SR-54) Wednesday night from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for guardrail repair.
Motorists will be detoured to westbound SR-54, exit at Highland Avenue/4th Avenue, and turn left to eastbound SR-54.
Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
The construction schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other construction-related reasons.
